The high-precision air flotation turntable is a high-precision rotary platform based on air flotation technology. It integrates advanced control algorithms, high-performance electrical sensing components, and precision mechanical structures. It delivers excellent axial, radial and tilt error motion performance during operation, along with superior rotation accuracy and repeatability.

Meanwhile, the core of the turntable adopts air bearing technology, resulting in extremely low vibration during rotation, which effectively improves precision machining quality and inspection accuracy. The table supports 360° continuous rotation and can be configured with closed-loop servo control or speed mode according to test requirements, flexibly adapting to various test conditions.

The turntable can be widely applied in precision metrology, optical testing, semiconductor inspection and ultra-precision machining, providing a stable and reliable motion reference for high-precision angle calibration and multi-dimensional topography measurement.
